Please remember to NEVER leave your pet in the car, even for just a few minutes. The temperatures inside the car can rise in a very short time. If you would not leave your baby in the car, don't leave your pet in there!

Now that the kids are back in school, please remember that your pets will need some extra attention to get back into their routines. The sudden lack of people paying attention to them can actually trigger depression in some pets, so give them a little extra love this month, or maybe go on that extra walk with them!
October
With Halloween approaching, remember that it is never a good idea to give your pets any candy. Please do not leave candy or chocolate within their reach!
If you choose to put a costume on your pet, make sure it is pet-safe (not constricting, no strings, no small decoration to be swallowed). Most pets would prefer to stay home on Halloween as trick or treating can be stressful with all the stangers in strange costumes.
Also please keep your black cat inside.
